I want to make tapioca milk tea, which has become popular recently, for better health and beauty! So I tried making amazake instead of milk.
Contains no sugar and has the sweetness of only amazake. I think that it is a perfect drink for those who like amazake.
(amazake is Japanese sweet sake)
Black tapioca 10g
Black tea 2 tea bags
How to cook
1) Soak tapioca in plenty of water for 6-8 hours.
2) Set amazake on fire. Once warmed to just before boiling, add teabags and boil slowly over low heat.
3) Put 2 in a glass and cool in the refrigerator. To drink immediately, add ice.
4) Add drained tapioca and complete.
Tapioca can be boiled in a pot for a long time, but the gas bill is wasteful. Soak in water for about 6 to 8 hours before boiling, then boil to save gas bills and greatly reduce the time to boil.
If you are not sweet enough, make up for the sweetness with maple syrup, honey or sugar.
To be honest, the sweetness is modest and it doesn’t mean “delicious !!” However, since I use amazake, there is no doubt that it is good for my body. Recommended for those who like amazake.
