・ Apple (red ball) 1 (about 120g excluding skin and core)
How to cook
1. Cut a apple.
Apples use “Kamatama apples”.
Kodama apples are often used for making sweets.

It has a deep red color and is beautiful.
Peel the apples first, divide them into quarters, and cut them into three.
It was 124g.
I think it should be about 100g ~ 130g.
2. Bake the apples in a frying pan.
(About 15 minutes on low heat)

While baking apples, go to the next step.
3. Mix cream cheese until smooth.
As you mix, it becomes smooth.
4. Add 100g of Amazake.
5. Add one egg and mix well.
6. Sift 1 tablespoon flour.
By the way, since the flour is small,

7. Add the baked apples.
Moisture flies and is slightly browned.
8. Pour the dough into the mold.
First, adjust the cooking sheet to the mold diameter.
Cut round and set on the bottom.

Attach to the side of the cooking sheet,
